Arjun Siva Rathan R.T completed his M.S in Transportation Engineering in 2015 and Ph.D. in the field of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICPB) in 2022, from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, India. He is currently working as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the department of Civil Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. He has published 14 research articles in SCIE indexed journals and published nine international conferences. He is currently guiding six Ph.D. scholars. He is serving as a technical committee member for the reaffirmation of ASCE 58-21 guidelines on Structural Design of Interlocking Concrete Pavement for Municipal Streets and Roadways. He received best reviewer award from the Journal of Cleaner Production for the month of October 2018. He also received budding researcher award from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli. He is also a reviewer for several SCIE indexed journals. He is a member of professional bodies such as Indian Geotechnical Society, and Association of Consulting Civil Engineers. He has also undertaken several research projects and consultancies sponsored by private industries and Government agencies.
Sunitha V completed her B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from University of Calicut in 2001, M. Tech. in Traffic and Transportation Planning from NIT Calicut, India in 2003, and Ph.D. from IIT Madras, India in 2013. She is currently working as Associate Professor in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. She has 20 years of experience in teaching and research. She has completed five sponsored projects worth Rs. 465 lakhs sponsored by Coir Board, Ministry of Urban Development, and IIT, Madras; NRIDA and MSME. She is the coordinator of State Technical Agency of Prime Minister Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) program for Tamilnadu and Pondicherry. Her area of research interest is on pavement materials and pavement management systems. She has guided 83 postgraduate and 18 undergraduate project works in various fields such as Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning, and Pavement Engineering. She also completed guiding four Ph.D. and two MSc. scholars and is currently guiding six Ph.D. scholars. She has published 90 papers in international/national journals and international/national conferences, out of which 28 journal publications are SCI/Scopus indexed and have one patent published. She is also involved in transportation related consultancy works. She is a member of professional bodies such as Indian Roads Congress, Institution of Engineers, Indian Geotechnical Society, ASCE, and TRG India.

Statutory Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Kennys Bookstore, The Museum at Tall Timbers, 2707 Olney - Sandy Spring Road, 20832, Olney, Maryland, U.S.A., +353 91709350, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Kennys Bookstore, The Museum at Tall Timbers, 2707 Olney - Sandy Spring Road, 20853, Olney, Maryland, U.S.A., +353 91709350, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
