The Global Crisis of Stress Demands a Profound Solution
Stress has emerged as one of the most critical challenges of the modern era. Research indicates that over 12 billion working days are lost annually due to stress-related conditions, resulting in an estimated 1 trillion dollar loss to the global economy. Most approaches to stress management remain superficial, addressing symptoms rather than the fundamental cause. Stressed to Bliss presents an entirely different paradigm — a rigorous, holistic, and philosophically grounded framework that addresses stress at its very root.
A Unified Approach Built Upon Four Pillars
Sudarshana — The Principle of Right Vision: Sudarshana, meaning the act of seeing good, initiates a transformative chain reaction within the individual. One begins to Feel Good, Do Good, and ultimately Become Good. The premise is precise: the external world is neither inherently good nor bad. It functions as a reflection and echo of one's internal state. By refining one's vision, one transforms one's reality.
Double SMART Man Tech — A Framework for Human Excellence: In an age where intelligence alone is insufficient, this framework introduces the SSMART model — encompassing Sense and Intelligence, Speed and Direction, Means and End, Action and Emotion, Reason and Vision, and Truth as the interplay of Thing, Thought, and Nothing. The individual who possesses Truth holds the Vision to employ the right Means, execute the right Action, and move with the right Direction toward a meaningful End.
Theory of Unified Existence — The Anatomy of Being: This theory presents a precise map of existence, articulating the relationship between Body, Mind, and Spirit .
Eternity, Spirit, and the Abstract constitute the source from which all else is derived. Stress, in this framework, is understood as disconnection from this source. Restoration of this connection is the pathway to resolution.
SMILE — Saving Man by Invoking Love of Existence: Love, as an eternal and abstract force, is identified as the ultimate source of all creation. When an individual establishes a conscious connection with this source, life assumes its inherent beauty and meaning
Three Precise Formulas for the Resolution of Stress
This work also presents three unique and powerful formulas for understanding and dissolving stress.
Stress is inversely proportional to one's Interest in Life.
Stress equals Expectations divided by Contribution.
Stress equals Pressure divided by Flexibility.
These formulas provide the reader with a clear analytical lens through which stress may be understood.
The God Point — The Pinnacle of Human Potential
The work further explores the concept of the God Point — the precise intersection of Body, Mind, and Spirit; of Eternity, Locality, and Time; of Nothing, Thing, and Thought. When this convergence is achieved, transformation of the highest order becomes possible.
Stressed to Bliss is not a conventional self-help manual. It is a systematic philosophy of existence — one that equips the reader with intellectual clarity, spiritual depth, and practical tools necessary to navigate the complexities of modern life with composure, purpose, and grace.
This work is intended for every individual who seeks not merely to manage stress, but to transcend it entirely.
A transformative journey awaits.Nourish yourself with these ideas to flourish in Bliss.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
