Ha llegado the Stress Wave.
Pero dentro del cerebro vive otro sistema poderoso: the Return to Calm.
Sometimes a big wave rushes through the brain.
Hearts beat faster. Muscles tighten. Thoughts race like wind across the sea. The Stress Wave has arrived.
But inside the brain lives another powerful system, the Return to Calm. Gentle signals begin to flow, breathing slows, and the body remembers how to settle again. The wave rises, but it also falls.
Through this story, children discover that stress is a natural signal, not a permanent storm. With the brain's calming systems working together, balance returns and the waters grow steady once more.
