Schöne Ausgabe mit goldgeprägtem Rückenschildchen, Frontispiz und einer Bildtafel ("The Manner of the Antient Virginians in their Worshiping od Idols"). Nathaniel Crouch (geb. 1632) war ein englischer Drucker und Buchhändler. Unter dem Pseudonym Richard Burton (oder R.B.) schrieb er auch historische Bücher.…
