Includes facsimile copy of Arthur Conan Doyle's manuscript of his poem "Bendy's Sermon". About Bendigo, a well-known Nottingham prize fighter, who became converted to religion, and preached at revival meetings throughout the country. This edition of the Strand does include some sensitive content that modern reader may find offensive. Good Condition. Pictorial blue cloth with gilt titles to spine. Contents clean and binding firm. Boards are good with minor tanning to spine.
