About the Authors: Ruth Symons is an author and editor whose works include Christmas Lights, Mrs Owl's Forest School, the Paper World series and the international best-selling Baby on Board books. When she's not writing and editing, Ruth loves gardening, hiking and playing elaborate (messy) games with her three young children.

Katie Scott is a London-based illustrator known for her intricate, nature-inspired artwork.
