Do you find yourself stuck in unproductive thought loops?
Do you worry about things that might happen in the future?
Do you replay conversations in your head, dissecting every word, body language, and tone in a desperate attempt to uncover hidden meanings?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are not alone. According to Forbes, 57% of women and 43% of men say that overthinking immobilizes them. While these statistics don’t look promising, the good news is that your thoughts do not determine your identity. Overthinking is simply a bad habit you can defeat.
We live in a world where society dictates who we are supposed to become. This pressure leads to insecurity and self-doubt. People feel they need to have it all together at all times or they will face judgment. One of the consequences of this pressure is overthinking, and statistics reveal it has become a silent epidemic.
In Stop Overthinking, you will learn how to disrupt the thoughts that keep you trapped in a mental prison of negative thinking so you can start living the life you desire. You will also learn:
- How to identify the hidden thought patterns keeping you stuck
- Insights into the relationship between mental freedom and self-awareness
- Techniques to build mental discipline and inner peace
- How to challenge and reframe negative thoughts
- Tools to remain in the present moment
- Daily exercises to help you manage overthinking
- Tips on how to use positive affirmations to silence your inner critic
This book is a guide to assist you in changing your relationship with your thoughts. Through psychological insights and practical exercises, you will develop the mental fortitude and skills to defeat overthinking. It’s time to stop allowing fear and self-doubt to prevent you from living authentically.

Store description
In 2002, World of Books Group was founded on an ethos to do good, protect the planet and support charities by enabling more goods to be reused. Since then, we've grown into to a global company pioneering the circular economy. Today, we drive the circular economy through three re-commerce brands: - Wob: Through Wob, we sell. We provide affordable, preloved books and media to customers all over the world. A book leaves our collection of over seven million titles and begins a new chapter every two seconds, enabling more goods to be reused. - Ziffit: Through Ziffit, we buy. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
