Stop Comparing Yourself: The Essential Guide on Loving and Being Confident in Yourself, Learn How to Stop Caring What Other People Think Of You and Become Confident in Yourself
You might not have realized it but you probably have been comparing yourself to other people since you were young. When your classmate got a new pencil case or did well at an exam, or when a colleague got a promotion, you probably could not help but compare yourself on why you didn't get those things. The problem is that most comparisons evoke a negative feeling and often leaves someone bitter or angry sometimes. Negative comparisons can damage a person's self-esteem and self-worth.
But not all comparisons are bad. This book will show you why people compare themselves to others and that not all comparisons are bad. You will learn how you can use comparisons to improve your life. You will discover how you can steer clear of negative comparisons and start using comparisons to make your life better.
In this book, you will learn about the following:
- Why We Compare Ourselves to Others
- The Dangers of Comparing Yourself to Others
- How to Make Healthy Comparisons
- Small Steps for Big Changes
- Love Yourself More and Stop Being Over Dependent on Others
- Boosting Your Self-Esteem
- Give Your Confidence a Real Boost
- Advanced Tactics to Compare Yourself to Others in a Good Way
- Comparing Yourself With Others Best Practices
When you live your life constantly worrying about what other people think about you will only bring you unnecessary stress and will not let you feel the happiness that you deserved. But positive comparisons can help you make positive changes.
