Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Large 4to hardcover volume in blue cloth binding with gold embossing. Dust jacket has one tear on top left a bit bent across top and some light foxing not clipped. Book in very good + condition straight and right boards tight end papers unmarked and not cracked. A little worn spot on bottom edge of front keeps it from near fine. Contents very clean with no foxing. 252 pages 2 folding maps + a index. Seller Inventory # 2233
