Ex-Library copy with typical library marks and stamps. Cover and binding are worn but intact. A reading copy in fair condition. This volume 4 of the Heath Mathematical Monographs series, edited by David Vernon Widder. The head and tail of the spine suffer severe shelf wear damage. The cover boards show signs of moderate smudge marks, scratch marks, and color fading throughout. The back pastedown shows the discolored and material remains of a library adhesive once applied to the volume.
