About the Author
N. Anbazhagan is currently working as a Professor and Head, Department of Mathematics, Alagappa University, Karaikudi, India. He holds M. Sc., M. Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics. He had his primary education at V.M. Government Higher Secondary School, Periyakulam. He obtained his Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees in Mathematics from Cardamom Planters Association College, Bodinayakanur. He obtained his M.Phil. degree in the year 1996 and Ph. D. degree in the year 2002 under the guidance of Professor G. Arivarignan from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. He was a recipient of USRF of Madurai Kamaraj University and Project Fellowship in a UGC funded Major Research Project. He started his journey as Lecturer in Mathematics at Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai and later joined as a Reader in Mathematics at Alagappa University, Karaikudi. He has received “Young Scientist Award (2004)” from DST, New Delhi, “Young Scientist Fellowship (2005) from TANSCST, Chennai, “Career Award for Young Teachers(2005) from AICTE, New Delhi, Sri P. K. Das Memorial Best Faculty Award (2013) from Nehru Group of Institutions, Coimbatore, Research Award (2014) from UGC, New Delhi, Outstanding Researcher Award (2017) received from International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR), Chandigarh, India, Tamilnadu Scientist Award (2017) received from Tamilnadu State Council for Science and Technology, Chennai, Excellence Award (2018) received from Association of Inventory Academicians and Practitioners, New Delhi. He has investigated three research projects, funded by DST, NBHM, and UGC. He presented his work in the conferences held at Malaysia (2006) and Switzerland(2007), delivered an invited talk in the International conferences held at Thailand (2017), Singapore (2019) and Malaysia (2018 and 2019) and visited Germany (2006) for doing a collaborative research with Professor A. Irle, Department of Mathematics, University of Kiel, Kiel. Having 22 years of research experience in the field of Stochastic Process Modeling, his current research interests include Inventory System, Queueing System, Graph theory and Datamining. He has guided nine Ph.D. scholars and presently five Ph.D. scholars are pursuing research under his guidance. He has 109 research papers in international journals, two in national journals and eight in the National/International conference proceedings. He has authored one edited book entitled “Stochastic Processes and Models in Operations Research” IGI Global USA, and also contributed four chapters in three different edited books. He has presented 17 research papers in the various National / International conferences and delivered 120 invited lectures in various National / International conferences. He has organized four International and six National level seminars. He has collaborated and published articles with eminent Professors Mark Goh, National University of Singapore, Singapore, A. Irle, University of Kiel, Germany, Jinting Wang, Beijing Jiaotong University, China, V.S.S. Yadavalli, University of Pretoria, South Africa, Xiao Zhi Gao, Aalto University, Finland, Sivasankarappa Arun, Middle East College, Oman, Leonid Smalov, Coventry University, United Kingdom at the International level and A. Krishnamoorthy Department of Mathematics, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala, S. Arunkumar, VIT University, Vellore at the National level. Currently he is holding headship of Department of Mathematics, Chairperson of School of Mathematics, Special Officer(Projects) and Member of Board of Studies, Senate and Standing Committee on Academic Affairs of Alagappa University. He is a coordinator of University Business Collaboration Centre from 2019, Coordinator of UGC- SAP program (2016-21), Coordinator of DST-FIST(level-I) program(2021-26) He has held many academic assignments like Member of Board of Studies, Question paper setting, Inspection Commission, Staff Selection Board, Doctoral Committee, Evaluation of Ph.D. thesis of various Universities/Institutions. He is a life member of different professional bodies such as FATER Academy of India, Indian Society for Probability and Statistics, Indian Science Congress Association, Indian Society of Technical Education and International Association of Engineers, Hongkong. Dr. N. Anbazhagan’s research contributions have more than 960 citations. His h-index is 18 and i10 - index is 30 according to Google Scholar Citation Report. He is an editorial board member of the journals American Journal of Mathematics and Statistics and Cogent Business & Management and acting as a reviewer of many journals such as International Journal of System Sciences, Neural Computing Applications, Simulation Modeling and Practice. He was a Chief Editor of a special issue of the journal Mathematical Modeling and Applied Computing.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Rarewaves.com UK, Unit 144 The Lightbox, 111 Power Road, W4 5PY, London, London, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
