‘Stand by for comic strip action!’ This must-have comic collection compiles all 10 specially commissioned comic strips from the 60th anniversary Stingray: Deadly Uprising multi-platform narrative.
Presented here for the first time together, dive into the captivating underwater world of Stingray like never before!
After suffering countless defeats at the hands of Stingray and the World Aquanaut Security Patrol, the evil undersea warlord Titan launches his most audacious campaign against the surface world to date.
Rallying the WASP’s greatest enemies to his cause and stealing Marineville’s latest technological marvel from right under their noses, the Titanican armada grows in strength with each passing Marine Day.
Captain Troy Tempest, Lieutenant “Phones” Sheridan and Marina, the beautiful girl from the sea, face their toughest challenge yet. Vastly outnumbered and under attack from devastating new weaponry, the WASP turn to their undersea allies in a desperate bid for support.
With the odds against them, Stingray’s crew braces for the coming final battle – one that will decide not only the fate of the WASP but the fate of humanity as well…
This brand new comic collection features stories written by top talents James Swallow, Ian Edginton, Chris Thompson, Nick Abadzis, James Swallow and Ernie Altbacker, brought vividly to life by renowned artists Simon Fraser, Neil Roberts, Brian Williamson, Keith Burns, Matt Brooker, John McCrea and Lee Sullivan.
The tales stand alone as exhilarating underwater adventures, each featuring a different undersea race – some familiar from the television series, others entirely new – while also linking together to form a larger narrative.
The story culminates in a dramatic cliffhanger where Stingray unwittingly plays into Titan’s sinister plans, forging a powerful alliance of oceanic adversaries.
