This hands-on book provides educational organizations with practical guidance in the establishment, certification, and sustained management system in accordance with the requirements of DIN ISO 21001:2025. Each chapter of this book describes the relevant requirements of the standard. This includes contextual background information, actionable recommendations, and insights on how to apply the standard's text effectively. Valuable insights are offered on potential indicators to assess the capability of various processes within educational organizations. Every section comprises meticulously compiled lists of essential documented process and procedure descriptions, along with clear expectations regarding the evidence required for audit purposes. In addition, each section features a catalog of potential audit questions that serve as valuable tools for both internal and external audits conducted by educational organizations. Furthermore, the documentation is enriched with informative digressions that delve deeper into specific topics, providing a more thorough understanding of key areas. Invaluable to educational institutions are the audit questions provided at the conclusion of each standard section, drawn from the authors' extensive audit experience. The book is specifically useful for professionals who are working for educational organizations or are interested in the DIN ISO 21001:2025 standard.
