In a world where division is loud and disconnection runs deep, kindness can feel like a risk. But what if kindness is actually a source of strength?
In Staying Kind in an Unkind World, Kate Baker draws on 24 years in a high-pressure, conflict-heavy profession to show how kindness can be practiced with courage, discernment, and self-respect.
