| "I highly recommend this book to entrepreneurs seeking high growth and a clear path to becoming investor ready. Navaneetha has simplified complex concepts into actionable DIY forms that any entrepreneur can use to craft their growth plan" | - PROF. NAGARAJA (NAGA) PRAKASAM | Author "Back to Bharat: In search of a sustainable future" | "Navaneetha Krishnan's book sheds a spotlight on the personal journey and offers a practical framework for any leader to achieve a high-growth business." | - GANAPATHY VENUGOPAL | Cofounder & CEO, Axilor Ventures, Venture Capital firm | "Whether you're navigating early challenges or aiming to scale, this first book in the series offers practical tools to help you succeed and grow sustainably." | - DEEP BAJAJ | ReFounder & CEO, Sirona Hygiene | Every entrepreneur begins with a dream to build a business that creates wealth, impact, and enduring value. Yet, in the rush of execution, many businesses drift without a clear blueprint, navigating complexity without ever pausing to design where they are truly headed. | Stay Still Scale High introduces a powerful insight: extraordinary growth does not begin with more action, but with deliberate stillness. This book takes you through a structured four-day immersive journey, helping you step back, think clearly, and craft a strategic path forward. | Through guided Stay Still Sessions, you move beyond reactive decision-making and begin to intentionally design your business for scale. At the heart of this journey lies the DART Framework, a practical approach to uncover your business's true potential, define direction, build disciplined systems, and create momentum for high growth. | Whether you are building your first venture or scaling an existing one, this is not just a book to read, but a blueprint to work through. The business you aspire to build is not a distant possibility, but a destination you can design. Your Dream Island, just 24 to 36 months away, becomes reachable when you choose to stay still and scale high. |
