Print on Demand. This book is a collection of statutes and ordinances that governed the city of Atri in Italy during the 13th and 14th centuries. The statutes provide a fascinating glimpse into the daily life and legal practices of a medieval Italian city. They cover a wide range of topics, from property rights and criminal law to public health and morality. The statutes are a valuable resource for historians and anyone interested in the history of law and society in the Middle Ages. They offer a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by medieval cities as they struggled to maintain order and justice in a rapidly changing world. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.
