207p.; 21 cm. References. Glossary of Groups. Select Bibliography. This handbook looks at the European state, linking the developments on immigration and asylum policy, the Trevi and Schengen groups, Europol and the European Information System. Much of the information about the new state is inaccessible and shrouded in secrecy and has not be open to discussion in parliaments (national and European). The Handbook is intended to try and remedy this by bringing together the available information and placing in an analytical framework. This work reflects a perspective that does not appear to fit the 'conventional' or 'mainstream' definitions. Good. No dust jacket as issued. Ex-library. Usual library markings. Cover has some wear and soiling.
