nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - One more book on business processes! Why This bookgives you a view on the subject that substantiallydiffers from the views typical for other books.Instead of defining the concept of process from thebusiness perspective, it adopts the definitionalready existing in other disciplines and applies itto business. More exactly, it uses the conceptualideas from the mathematical system theory that dealswith modeling and controlling physical processes. Acharacteristic feature of the approach is that abusiness process is viewed as a trajectory in astate-space rather than a sequence of activities. This view requires reconsidering all issues essentialfor the business process domain, including languagesand methods for business process modeling, andbuilding process support systems. The book summarizesthe author's research and practical experience ofworking with these issues. It is of interest forresearchers and practitioners already working in thedomain, as well as for other professionals, especially with engineering background, who want tobe introduced in the domain of business processes (noprior knowledge on business processes or mathematicalsystem theory is required).…
