- Book 1 of 1: THE JUSTICE of SHADOW
Charlotte Carter is a woman of two worlds—a top-tier lawyer by day, a relentless force of destruction by night. In the public eye, she is the epitome of justice, winning high-profile cases with precision. But in the shadows, she hides a secret: superhuman strength, reflexes, and a past she can’t remember.
When a high-stakes case pulls her into a conspiracy involving SYNTHESIS, a covert organization conducting illegal human experiments, Charlotte's past begins to unravel. Clues emerge—whispers of a classified project called NEMESIS, an unstoppable weapon created in a lab. The deeper she digs, the more enemies she makes. Assassins, mercenaries, and corrupt officials stand in her way, but she tears through them with brutal, unrelenting force.
Along the way, she finds an unlikely ally in Bishop, an ex-black ops agent with his own vendetta against SYNTHESIS. Together, they uncover the horrifying truth—Charlotte was never just an ordinary woman. She was created, trained, and programmed to be a weapon. But instead of following orders, she escaped.
As SYNTHESIS moves to erase her existence, Charlotte is forced into a final showdown with Raven, a ruthless operative sent to bring her back—dead or alive. The battle is explosive, leaving SYNTHESIS’s facility in ruins. Raven falls, but not before revealing a chilling truth:
✔ Charlotte isn’t the only one.
✔ There are more like her. Some even deadlier.
✔ SYNTHESIS isn’t destroyed—it’s watching. Waiting.
With no choice but to embrace her past, Charlotte abandons her old life and prepares for war. The battle for justice is over. The war for vengeance has begun.
