Paperback. Standing Too Close to the Flame is Book One in the trilogy, The Next American Hero Series, a fictionalized account of the career of District Attorney Tony Wallace who successfully prosecuted 173 murder cases in his eight years in office. His remarkable skill and courage led to lofty political aspirations. His penchant for Jack Daniels and bar conquests (his stress relievers of choice) led to a roller coaster life and a series of adventures that demanded chronicling. Tony is a true hero, unequaled in his commitment to bringing criminals to justice, and a living testimony to the price such courage and skill exacted. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
