Paperback. Who are you really leading for-the approval of God or the applause of people?Leadership can bring influence, recognition, and responsibility, but those things can also quietly become the measure by which we judge our success. Stamp of Approval: Leading for God's Call or People's Praise? invites us to look beneath the visible results of leadership and examine the motives, convictions, and character that shape the leader. Through the biblical example of Nehemiah, John Bilti explores what happens when vision is born through prayer, decisions are guided by wisdom, and leadership is grounded in integrity rather than recognition. The journey reaches beyond any one biblical figure, drawing connections to Moses, Joshua, David, Paul, and ultimately Jesus Christ-the perfect model of servant leadership.Blending biblical truth with practical leadership principles, this book explores the relationship between spiritual conviction and the everyday responsibilities of leading people, projects, ministries, organizations, and communities. Questions of planning, stewardship, teamwork, conflict, accountability, perseverance, and developing others become part of a deeper question: What kind of leader are you becoming?
