Stage Movement, Practical Stage Handbook by Marguerite Battye: published in London by Herbert Jenkins originally in 1954, this is the second impression from 1961 and is a great little vintage book for those interested in pursuing the elements of play presentation. Written by an expert, "Stage Movement" by Marguerite Battye explains to the student of the theatre, by means of text, illustrations and diagrams, "precisely what to do and how to do it." In very good preservation and clean throughout - no ownership names or inscriptions. The original dust-jacket, intact and nostalgically appealing, does show a number of short nicks, creases, and extremity wear, though presents well in the removeable jacket protector I've fitted which will keep it safe and damage-free during the next phase of its life. Book's dimensions are approx: 11cm x 17.5cm. 92 pages.…
