But how is such an influential man like Pastor Graves supposed to embrace the truth The truth will ruin his career and expose his family's scandalous behavior. It is better to suppress the truth while showing the world a seemingly devout Christian leader as that is the way to profit and success.Which is what Pastor Graves believed until his abrupt fall from grace. "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness." - Romans 1:18
... But how is such an influential man like Pastor Graves supposed to embrace the truth? The truth will ruin his career and expose his family's scandalous behavior. It is better to suppress the truth while showing the world a seemingly devout Christian leader.
Even Pastor Graves’ magnetic new friend Dr. Blight would agree that truth is unnecessary when manipulation and lying are the keys to profit and success.
Of course, after this particular dinner meeting, Graves will learn the consequences of burying the truth and discover the hard way that the wrath of God is not to be taken lightly.
