Add to basketProfessor Mahmut Nedim Doral, MD is internationally recognized for his expertise in orthopaedic sports medicine. He has authored over 350 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals & 15 book chapters in internationally published books and he acts as a referee in 6 international and 6 national journals. His last book "Sports Injuries: Prevention, Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation" was published by Springer in 2012 and second edition in 2015/4 volumes. The new book about intraarticular fracture was published by Springer in 2017. And now the 3rd edition of "Sports Injuries: Prevention, Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation" will be published in December 2024/4 volumes. His major research interests are in knee, shoulder, ankle, hip sports injuries and rehabilitation, arthroscopic and endoscopic surgery, basic science research in tendons and tendon injuries and knee arthroplasty since 1984.
He has been the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology since 2011 and the Chairman of the Department of Sports Medicine since 2001 at the University of Hacettepe, Medical Faculty. He worked at Ufuk University, Dr. RIDVAN EGE Hospital, as a Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology between 2018-2021.
Professor Doral was the medical chief of staff of GALATASARAY SPORTIVE CLUB U20 in 2012-2014. He was the director of Hacettepe Sports Health and Research Center/1995-2017 and the director of SESAM/Sports Health and Res. Center of The GSGM-Turkish Youht Sports Directorate/2000-2015. Dr. Doral was the board member (2003-2009), program committee member and membership committee chairman (2007-2011) of the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery & Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS) and a member of the Arthroscopy Committee at the period of the ESSKA presidency of Prof. W. Mueller. Professor Doral was the President of TUSYAD (Turkish Society of Sports and, Knee, Arthroscopy) between 2002-2004, he also currently served as Executive Council of Turkish National Olympic Committee Member.
Prof. Doral served as The President of Turkish Society of Orthopaedics & Traumatology (TOTBID) (2010-2011). He was The Past President of The European Federation of Orthopaedic Sports Traumatology (EFOST) (2001-2003), The Asia-Pacific Knee Society (APKS / Knee Section of APOA) (2004-2006) and The Turkish Society of Sports Traumatology Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery (2002-2004), and The Past-Chief of Staff/Medical Committee Turkish Federation of National Basketball Team. He is the founder and The Past President of Turkish Society of Sports Traumatology. He was honoured with a distinguished visiting Professor and lecturer at The University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering in 2006 as a guest of Prof. Savio Woo and guest lecturer of Prof. Nyland at The Kentucky University in 2009. In 2010 he was a invited lecturer at The University of Perugia, guest of Prof. Cerulli and Prof. Caraffa.
Prof. Doral was the President of APOA (Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association) between 2018-2021 and also founder President in 2020 of The TURKOT-DER/ Society of Orthop.&Traum. of The Turkish Spoken Countries now our Society is The Branch of TOTBID/2024.
Dr. John Nyland, originally from Grand Haven, Michigan, received a baccalaureate degree in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina, a master’s degree in athletic training from the University of Virginia, a doctoral degree in kinesiology from the University of Kentucky, and a transitional doctor of physical therapy degree from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
Dr. Nyland is an editorial review board member for Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Surgery, Knee Surgery Sports Traumatology Arthroscopy, the Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, Terra Orthopaedica (Ukraine), Annals of Joint, the Turkish Journal of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, the Journal of Functional Morphology and Kinesiology, and Case Reports in Orthopedics.
Dr. Nyland was an orthopedic surgery department Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky (1994-1998) and Associate Professor at the University of Louisville (2001-2013). From 2014-2023 Dr. Nyland served as President of the JOSPT-Movement Science Media Board of Directors. He was a founding faculty member of the physical therapy program at the University of South Florida (1998-2001), and was the founding program director of the athletic training program at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky (2014-2022). In 2002 he was honored with the Excellence in Academic Education Award from the Sports Physical Therapy Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. In 2007 he won the John J. Joyce Award for the best arthroscopy paper at the 6th Biennial Congress of ISAKOS. In 2024 he won the 21st ESSKA Congress best poster award in the category “Shoulder Degenerative”.
Dr. Nyland was the concept developer, editor an chapter co-author for Clinical Decisions in Therapeutic Exercise: Planning and Implementation (Prentice-Hall, 2005), and Innovations in Knee Rehabilitation following Ligament Reconstruction or Meniscus Repair (Sports Section, American Physical Therapy Association, 1999). He was co-editor for Intraarticular Fractures: Minimally Invasive Surgery, Arthroscopy (Springer, 2019). He has authored or co-authored more than 250 original papers and 37 book chapters.
Onur Bilge is Professor of Orthopaedics & Traumatology at Faculty of Medicine, Necmettin Erbakan (N.E.) University, Konya, Turkey, since 2011. Originally from Ankara, he was graduated from Tevfik Fikret Francophone Private High School, Ankara, in 1996, and later from Faculty of Medicine (English Division), Hacettepe University in 2003, with A1 Academic Grade. He accomplished his residency in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2009. Currently, he has been working as the Chief of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, N.E. University, Konya, since 2020, and as a faculty member at the same institution since 2011.
His main clinical interests are; Knee & Hip Surgeries, Arthroscopy, Sports Traumatology and Conservative / Surgical Management of Cartilage Lesions and Injuries of Menisci, Ligaments, Tendons, and Muscles.
He made his Specialization in Medicine Thesis entitled “The effect of the synovial tissue in the “In-Vivo” chondrocyte culture -Animal Study-” with Prof. Dr. Mahmut Nedim Doral, in 2009. He has been awarded with his thesis: “The Let People Move Research Institute Award for the Best Research Paper” at the EFOST Congress, Brussels, Belgium, in 2010. Additionally, he won two national awards with his thesis in 2010, and 2011.
He worked in various resident and fellowship positions at different times, at the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Clinique du Prof. Gérard Saillant, Université Paris VI Hôpitaux Universitaires Pitié-Salpêtrière, Paris, France, at Sports Health Center, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, United States, at the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Clin Parc Leopold Sports Medicine Orthopaedic Center, Brussels, Belgium, and at the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Antwerp University Hospital, Antwerp, Belgium.
He has been working as European Board-Certified Surgeon since 2014, after successful completion of two-parts examination of EBOT in Vienna, Austria. He also served as the Secretary of Young Surgeons Forum (YSF), Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association (APOA) between 2018 and 2020. He is a member of ISAKOS, and ICRS.
He speaks French, English, and German.
Eric Hamrin Senorski is an Associate Professor of Physical Therapy at the University of Gothenburg, where he has been a faculty member since March 2021. Originally from Sweden, he began his academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Gothenburg in 2013, followed by a Master's degree in 2015 and a PhD in 2018, focusing on predictors of outcome after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
Dr. Hamrin Senorski has authored over 150 research publications and 15 book chapters, contributing significantly to the field of sports medicine, rehabilitation and orthopaedics. His research interests include anterior cruciate ligament injuries, sports musculoskeletal injuries, and the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
In addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Hamrin Senorski serves on the Board of Directors for the Swedish Society of Exercise and Sports Medicine and the Swedish National Knee Ligament Registry. He is also a research fellow at the Swedish Olympic Committee and has provided physical therapy services for the Swedish National Teams in Athletics and Judo.
Dr. Hamrin Senorski is a dedicated educator, having supervised numerous PhD students and delivered lectures on physical therapy, sports medicine, and orthopaedics. His commitment to teaching and research excellence is evident in his role as the chief of clinical supervision and continued education at a primary care rehabilitation clinic specializing in sports medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Hamrin Senorski has been involved in international collaborations and has presented his work at various prestigious conferences. on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last part delivery or the last unit, provided you had ordered a product, which is delivered in several part deliveries or units;

In order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from that fact that you selected a form of delivery other than the most reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.
You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the 14 day deadline.
You bear the direct costs for returning the products.
You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.
Criteria for exclusion or expiry
The revocation right is not available for contracts
for delivery of products, which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer;
for delivery of products, which can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly;
for delivery of alcoholic drinks, whose price was agreed at the time of concluding the contract, which however can be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on the fluctuations in the market, on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
for delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The revocation right expires prematurely in case of contracts
for delivery of sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after the delivery;
for delivery of products if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after the delivery, owing to their condition;
for delivery of sound or video recording or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after the delivery.
