Item description from seller
This book is a devotee's reverent account of the life and mission of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. It chronicles the transformation of the parched hamlet of Puttaparthi into a model of community development, complete with its educational institutions, state-of-the-art hospitals, an airport and an expansive water scheme. The author also recounts his personal experiences of the divinity of Sai Baba, he attributes his instinctive ability to recite poetry as a gift from Sai Baba. A belief reinforced, when Sri Sathya Sai Baba recited his poetry at a public function, without ever having read it. The book narrates the author's tortuous journey into faith to reveal the power and glory of the avatar of the age - Sri Sathya Sai.
