It is here - reshaping decisions, compressing timelines, and amplifying everything already present in the leaders who wield it. And that is precisely the problem. Because technology does not set direction. It executes. The direction must come from you.Spiritual CEO Guide: Awakening Leadership in the Era of AI is a groundbreaking workbook for executives, CEOs, and senior leaders who sense that the old paradigm - control, optics, willpower - is no longer enough. Written by Dr. Agata Dulnik, psychologist and executive coach with over twenty years of experience at the intersection of leadership and transformation, this guide maps the interior journey that the AI era demands. At its heart is a deceptively simple truth: the quality of your leadership is a direct function of the quality of your inner life. When that inner life is fragmented, reactive, or unexamined, AI scales the chaos. When it is grounded, aware, and genuinely human, AI becomes a force multiplier for wisdom.Through the Five Inner Dimensions - Awareness, Compassion, Integrity, Resilience, and Transcendence - Dr. Dulnik builds a complete architecture for leading from essence rather than ego. Each dimension comes with neuroscience-backed practices, somatic tools, honest diagnostics, and guided reflection designed to move insight from the page into the body, and from the body into the boardroom. This is not a leadership book about AI. It is a leadership book for the humans who must direct it - wisely, ethically, and with the interior depth the moment demands. For leaders ready to stop performing leadership and begin living it.A companion volume to Spiritual Organization: The Processes and Leadership in the Era of AI (c) 2026 Agata Dulnik. AI scales your inner state. Is it chaos or wisdom? This guide forges leaders whose inner depth can ethically command the future, moving beyond ego to lead with soul. This item is printed on demand. What if the future of leadership is not about becoming more machine-like, but more deeply human?
As artificial intelligence accelerates every aspect of business, leaders face a challenge no technology can solve for them: how to remain grounded, wise, and fully present while navigating unprecedented speed, complexity, and pressure.
Spiritual CEO Guide is a practical companion workbook for leaders ready to move beyond performance-driven leadership into a more conscious, integrated, and sustainable way of leading. Expanding on the ideas introduced in Spiritual Organization: The Processes and Leadership in the Era of AI, this guide offers a structured inner framework for executives seeking clarity, resilience, and authentic direction in the age of AI.
At the heart of this work lies one foundational principle: Humans set the direction. AI executes.
