The intention of this small book is to present you with some ideas, and give you the opportunity to choose them and to use them to improve the quality of your life.
It's not about telling you how you should run your life, nor how to sort out your "problems".
It is about something within you - about contacting something within you that you may not have recognised. The intention is to just give you a little nudge, a reminder about your own truth, and some simple ways in which you can make that contact.
It is about opening up your life, making a move from the kind of life where although you feel you are doing the best you can in the circumstances, it still seems like you have no control over what happens to you. It is about making a move from the place where thing just happen to you and other people mould and influence your life. And where nothing you do do seems to make any difference in the quality of your life.
It is also about not taking yourself too seriously !
