Small 4to. pp. 4. Spotted and with old folds. 1865 and 66 saw the worst outbreak of Rinderpest, or Cattle Plague in history and led to the formation of a National Veterinary Service for the first time. The same year, 1866, saw the final cholera pandemic in Britain and the definitive conclusion that it was mostly passed through a contaminated water supply.
