At the time of this rendering it was anticipated America's reusable transportation system would become operational in 1981. The prime contractor was Rockwell International Space Systems for designing, developing and building the Space Shuttle orbiters and integrating the entire Shuttle system. 12 3/4 X 15 1/2 inches. VVG.
