Master life-coach, Lyn Christian, has helped people for nearly three decades to uncover the infallible elements that, when mapped and used for guidance, reveal their worth to themselves and to the world. Once these elements are revealed, Christian’s clients have increased their sense of self, raised their level of confidence, improved connection, and created a path to purpose and personal fulfillment. Christian calls these unique and personal elements the salt of the soul, or Soul Salt.
This book reveals the exact process Christian uses with clients to lead them to confidence, purpose, and fulfillment. A series of self-reflection exercises takes the reader on a journey of self-discovery that is fun, rewarding, and motivating. Once complete, each element can be plotted on a map to be used as a touchstone to guide future growth and life decisions. The result is a simple and adaptable tool that helps all areas of life come together.
If you have considered changing careers, are unhappy with your current circumstances, or simply want more fulfillment out of life, look no further! Soul Salt will guide you to uncover the key elements required to create the map you need to succeed.
