The Apprentice Sorcerer — Book 1
Bastien Rivelune believed he was a perfectly ordinary boy, until the day a letter sealed with a broken star appears at his home, as if it had always been waiting for him.
A few days later, he discovers the existence of a hidden place that almost no one can see, an invisible starting point where a mysterious hot air balloon awaits him, ready to carry him away to a world he never knew existed.
This journey leads him to the Astréa Academy, an ancient school where magic whispers through the stones and every corridor seems to conceal a secret. But beyond the wonder, something else lingers, older, more unsettling, as if the Academy itself were holding its breath.
When a forgotten passage opens beneath the park’s centenary oak tree, a symbol resurfaces—the broken star—and Bastien gradually realizes that it is not just a simple mark, but a sign tied to an ancient prophecy speaking of two heirs and a secret capable of shaking the balance of the magical world.
Without ever seeking it, he becomes one of the first witnesses to an event that was never meant to be awakened, as if his arrival were not a coincidence, but the beginning of something far greater than himself.
Because sometimes, all it takes is for an apprentice sorcerer to push open a forgotten door for destiny to begin to take shape, and some doors do not merely connect two places, they connect two worlds, two truths, and secrets that some would have preferred to remain buried forever.
Why this book will captivate you:
• a magical school filled with mysteries and ancient secrets
• a hidden world accessible only to those who know how to see
• a forgotten prophecy and a destiny awakening
• a rich, immersive atmosphere filled with tension
• a compelling young hero caught in an adventure beyond his control
• a fascinating universe balancing wonder and danger
