Item description from seller

Single sheet with text of the Soldier's Song. The sheet has the watermark "Gestetner." So this was probably run off or mimeographed on a Gestetner copying machine. The Soldier's Song was written in 1907 by Peadar who was an incleof Brendan Behan. It wasn't well known and only became widely known when it was sung at the GPO in 1916 and when it was sung by the many Republicans interned at various internment camps after the Rebellion. Soon after it was adopted as the Irish National anthem replacing God Save the Queen. In Irish it is known as Amhran na bhFiann. It Possible or perhaps even probable that this sheet is from the period between 1907-1916 or shortly after. However this is not certain. The rationale for considering that it might be has to do with the fact that it came with material from 1900-1930. Soin all likelihood it is early.Horizontal folds are nicked at edges.Occasional stains. Fair.
