Review
'As a textbook it is the most comprehensive single author, graduate-level treatment of solar-terrestrial phenomena available ... Hargreaves writes lucidly, plumbs each topic to a uniform, graduate-level depth and has a sure sense of what to include, what to emphasize and what to omit.' Physics Today
'The offer as paperback makes it an absolute bargain ... This book is clearly written, concise and encompasses all major topics affecting the earth's environment.' Meteorology and Atmospheric Physics
