The book will have a strong section for vegetarians (although restaurant isn’t strictly vegetarian it was still voted one of the top 5 vegetarian menus in the UK by Time Out). Modern, healthy, innovative food.
Dishes will include Turkish pizza and pasta, falafel/kofte, delicious vegetable dishes, a mixture of grains, nuts and herbs, fresh fish, chicken and lamb and milk puddings and fruit compotes
