Paperback. "This is no fairytale. I shouldn't be drawn to him. I shouldn't even be here. But there's a pull, something between us that's both terrifying and impossible to resist."Amy is trapped in a suffocating relationship with a man whose love is as possessive as it is destructive. Every day feels like another battle for her freedom, her sense of self slipping further away with each passing moment. Desperate for a break, she flees to the one place that offers her any semblance of peace-the forest. But the woods hold secrets darker than she ever imagined, and there, among the towering trees and shadowed paths, she encounters something-someone-who changes everything. Bigfoot.Unseen by most, misunderstood by all, Bigfoot is not just a myth. He is something primal, something ancient, and he sees Amy in ways no one else ever has. As she's drawn deeper into his world, Amy discovers a bond neither of them expected, one that could offer the protection and freedom she's longed for. But the darkness that drove her to the forest isn't so easily left behind, and soon, Amy will have to choose: stay with the man who has always controlled her, or embrace the unknown-and the savage love-waiting for her in the shadows.
