Paperback. Illustrated and updated in 2023. First time in the Caribbean? First time chartering? Perhaps first time on a catamaran? No matter what level of experience or type of sailing you are familiar with, there's always something new to know. And who better to answer your questions than professional sailors who've been doing it for over 20 years? The authors share their insights and experiences as sailing instructors, charter captains, delivery crew, and skippers who've been sailing for decades in waters from the Bahamas to Belize. Their hard-learned tips and tricks will allow you to see potential issues before they happen so you can confidently captain and crew a modern sailing catamaran in the company of family and friends. Along with a cruising guide, this 'compendium of top tips' is a useful reminder for both first timers and old salts sailing the Leeward and Windward Islands-including the Virgin Islands. Please Note: this book is available in both Kindle, paperback and hardcover versions with the option of either monochrome or full color illustrations and photographs. Select the format you'd prefer by clicking the "Formats and Editions" link, underneath the title. This item is printed on demand.
