This book gathers selected papers presented at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Communication Technologies (ICAICT 2025), held at Jiangmen, China during June 2025. The proceedings is focused on the newest methods and algorithms in smart wireless communications in the areas of remote sensing and machine learning, intelligent image and data processing, health systems and security, intelligent teaching applications, and many others.
Dr. Roumiana Kountcheva got her M.Sc. and PhD at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. In 1992 she got the title Senior Researcher. At present, she is the Vice president of TK Engineering, Sofia. She had postgraduate trainings in Fujitsu and Fanuc, Japan. Her main scientific interests are in image processing, image compression, digital watermarking, pattern recognition, image tensor representation, neural networks, CNC and programmable controllers. She has more than 220 publications and 5 patents (EU and USA). Dr. Kountcheva was the plenary speaker at 23 international scientific conferences and scientific events. She was a co-editor of more than 10 books published in Springer SIST series and of several Special issues for Symmetry MDPI. She is a member of international organizations: Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition, International Research Institute for Economics and Management (IRIEM), the Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI), and is an Honorary Member of the Honorable Editorial Board of the nonprofit peer reviewed open access IJBST Journal Group.
Prof. Kazumi Nakamatsu received the Ms. Eng. and Dr. Sci. from Shizuoka University and Kyushu University, Japan, respectively. He is a full Professor at School of Human Science and Environment, University of Hyogo, Japan. His research interests encompass various kinds of logic and their applications to Computer Science, especially paraconsistent annotated logic programs and their applications. He has developed some paraconsistent annotated logic programs called ALPSN (Annotated Logic Program with Strong Negation), VALPSN (Vector ALPSN), EVALPSN (Extended VALPSN) and bf-EVALPSN (before-after EVALPSN) recently, and applied them to various intelligent systems such as a safety verification-based railway interlocking control system and process order control. He is an author of over 150 papers and 20 book chapters, and 10 edited books published by prominent publishers. Kazumi Nakamatsu has chaired various international conferences, workshops and invited sessions, and he has been a member of numerous international program committees of workshops and conferences in the area of Computer Science. He serves as Founding Editor of the International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems (IJRIS) by Inderscience Publisher (UK) and an editorial board member of many international journals. He has contributed numerous invited lectures at international workshops, conferences, and academic organizations. He also is a recipient of some conference and paper awards, etc.
Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is the Director of Interscience Institute of Management & Technology, Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph.D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999 and supervised more than 30 Ph.D. Theses and more than 60 Master theses in Computational Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 3 textbooks and more than 80 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc. Dr. Patnaik is the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published by Inderscience Publishing House, England and Editor-in-chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published by Springer, Germany.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Basi6 International, Irving, Texas, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
