Hardcover. Behind every great person, there is always a great teacher. Meet Miss Reilly, the favorite teacher at the front of the class. She's smart and she's smiley, a natural-born teacher who loves to see her students learn. Her classroom is warm, colorful, and welcoming to students and families alike. She knows the name of every future star in her class, seeks out their passions, and helps them imagine the answers. She's funny as heck, but she'll keep you in check if you drift off the right path. Told in playful rhyme, this story follows a teacher who cheers from the bleachers, away from the spotlight and the stage, while her students shine. Her number one goal is to help children grow into good people who know the facts. Then, after twenty-eight years of laughter and tears, Miss Reilly wonders whether she made the grade. The answer arrives in a surprise letter from a grateful parent, with a simple message of thanks. It begins with a gentle reminder for any child whose school feels scary or lonely, and it ends with a joyful celebration of kindness, hard work, and the teachers who help children thrive. A read-aloud for classrooms and homes, and a heartfelt thank-you for teachers everywhere. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…
