Carman K. M. LEE received the B.Eng. degree in manufacturing engineering and Ph.D. degree in industrial and systems engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), Hong Kong, China, in 2000 and 2004, respectively. She is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, PolyU, where she is also the Program Leader of BSc (Hons.) in Enterprise Engineering with Management/Engineering Management with Data Analytics and the Lab-in-Charge of the Cyber Physical Systems Laboratory. Dr. Lee has published more than 130 articles in various international journals and seminars. Her research interests include logistics and supply chain management, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), cyber-physical systems, data analytics, and swam intelligence optimization. Dr. Lee was awarded the Silver Medal at the 47th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva in 2019 and the Outstanding Paper Award of Emerald Network Awards in 2019.
Paul Y. P. TSANG is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his BSc (Hons) in Logistics Engineering Management and PhD in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2015 and 2020, respectively. His current research areas cover artificial intelligence for decision-making, industry 4.0 technologies, and cold chain e-fulfilment. Dr Tsang received the Best Paper Award in the International Conference on Decision Science & Management (ICDSM) 2024, Outstanding Paper Award in IEEE International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (IEEM) 2023, and 2019 Highly Commended Award from Emerald Literati Awards.
Jack C. H. WU received the B.Eng. degree in industrial and systems engineering and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical and manufacturing engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, in 2006 and 2011, respectively. From 2011 to 2017, he was a project staff with the RFID Solutions Laboratory. Since 2021, he has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He is the author of 4 books and more than 80 articles. His research interests include industrial Internet of things and applications, digital transformation and innovation, information systems strategy, quality management, and healthcare service management. He is the Managing Editor for the journal Enterprise Information Systems, and an Associate Editor for the Journal of Global Information Management and Journal of Organizational and End User Computing. Dr. Wu was a recipient of the Big Data Analysis Award from the China and Hong Kong Enterprise Market Development Association in 2014, the Best Reviewer Award of the journal Internet Research in 2016, and the Publons Top Peer-Reviewer Award (Computer Science) in 2019. He is PMP-certified, SSBB-certified, a member of PMI, and a senior member of HKSQ.
Dicky K. L. KEUNG obtains his PhD and BSc degree in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Keung’s research focuses on advancing the fields of industrial and logistics engineering, particularly in warehouse and manufacturing management within Robotic Mobile Fulfillment Systems. His work integrates cutting-edge technologies, including Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and the Internet-of-Things (IoT), to enhance operational efficiency and scalability in logistics and manufacturing environments. His research employs advanced methodologies, such as multivariate statistical analysis, to analyze and optimize complex systems, resulting in practical solutions that bridge the gap between technology and real-world industrial applications.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Basi6 International, Irving, Texas, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
