Inventory is one of the most powerful assets in any product-based business—yet it is also one of the most mismanaged. Too much stock ties up your cash and erodes profit. Too little leads to lost sales, unhappy customers, and constant operational stress.
Smart Inventory Management by Solomon Daven gives you the clarity, systems, and practical tools to take full control of your inventory—whether you’re just starting out or managing a growing operation.
This is not a theory-heavy textbook. It’s a practical, step-by-step playbook designed to help you make smarter decisions, reduce waste, and run a more efficient, profitable business.
Inside This Book, You’ll Discover How To:
- Eliminate stockouts without overstocking
- Free up cash trapped in slow-moving inventory
- Accurately forecast demand—even in uncertain markets
- Apply powerful models like EOQ, ABC Analysis, and Reorder Point with ease
- Calculate the exact stock levels your business actually needs

- Use modern tools (barcode, RFID, inventory software) to gain real-time control
