What if your dreams weren't dreams at all, but someone else's life?
In 1928, a fire tore through Twin Springs Hotel and claimed the lives of General Rockwell's three daughters. Their true fate was never revealed.
Nearly a century later, Broadway star Ava Fairbanks flees to Twin Springs carrying scandals of her own-rumors of an affair, a tragic suicide, and a secret that threatens to end her career. But her return awakens something far darker: sleepwalking episodes where she becomes Ruby Rockwell, one of the doomed sisters. Each night, Ava drifts deeper into Ruby's world... and closer to her death.
Assigned to investigate the hotel, ex-Special Forces soldier Jaxon Wolfe expected insurance fraud, not a haunted starlet with a past as dangerous as his own. Protecting Ava means confronting his mistrust of beautiful women-and the possibility that the ghost of Ruby Rockwell isn't finished with Twin Springs. As passion ignites between Ava and Jaxon, so do the shadows that stalk her dreams. Ava wants freedom. Jaxon wants redemption. But if they can't unravel the mystery of Ruby Rockwell, both could lose everything-even their lives.
