The first story is derived from Masnavi, which was written by the 13th century Persian poet
and theologian, Jalal al Din Muhammad Balkhi, also known as Rumi.
The second story is a tale from Kalileh and Damneh, which was an ancient animal fable.
These tales introduce the concept of morals in a way that young children will understand.
Is there a sleeping dragon in real life?
Can the tiny but clever rabbits save their spring?
This book will encourage your child to develop:
•Self- belief
•Rational courage
•The value of intellection
•Controlling our own behaviour
•Appreciation for their own arts and skills.
•Not to be proud and use their power to disadvantage others.
Every member of the family will enjoy this book, especially children.
Editor: Inspiring Publishers.
These are unique stories, they were written hundreds of years ago: but are so relevant to
parents and children today.
Sleeping Dragon and Spring of the Moon stories, both teach valuable lessons. Every parent
wishes the same for their children; to learn what is right from wrong.
Nothing has changed over the span of time; we still want the same thing, as parents hundreds of years ago wanted also.
