Jane Miller is an accomplished CEO, career expert, author, and founder of the career advice website, JaneKnows.com. She released her first book, Sleep Your Way to the Top (and Other Myths About Business Success), in 2014. Currently, Jane serves as CEO and president of ProYo, a start-up based in Santa Barbara, CA. Previously, Jane was the CEO and president of a private equity backed organic and natural company, Rudi’s Organic Bakery. Prior to that, she was the president of HJ Heinz in London, part of the bankruptcy emergence team for Hostess, ran the Western division of Bestfoods Baking, and rose to the position of division president at Frito-Lay. Jane has a Russian Studies degree from Knox College in Galesburg, IL and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. She serves on the boards of several food companies and on the board of the Leeds Business School at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she has established a Jane Knows scholarship for students who are the first generation in their family to go to college.
