You wake up tired. You went to bed at a reasonable hour, got your seven or eight hours, and wake up exhausted anyway. Every single morning.
By ten you need coffee. By two you are fighting to stay alert. By evening you are running on fumes. And when you finally get into bed your mind starts racing and you lie there staring at the ceiling before sleep eventually takes you under.
You are not lazy. You are not getting old. You have a biology problem nobody has explained to you properly. The Sleep Code fixes that.
Most people searching for how to sleep better, how to stop waking up tired, or how to fix insomnia naturally keep getting the same recycled advice. Go to bed earlier. Cut caffeine. Put your phone down. They have tried all of it and nothing fundamentally changes because the advice never touches the actual mechanism.
Your circadian rhythm is being disrupted by light telling your brain it is midday at ten at night. Your core body temperature is not dropping the way it needs to for deep restorative sleep. Your nervous system is still running high cortisol stress mode hours after work ended. Your sleep stages are being fragmented by alcohol, meal timing, and blue light in ways you never connected to how you feel every morning.
Deep sleep is where your brain clears toxic proteins linked to cognitive decline. It is where growth hormone is released for physical repair. It is where your immune system does its most critical work. Poor sleep quality means you are getting almost none of this biological restoration regardless of how many hours you spend in bed.
Health researcher Marcus Cole spent years investigating the gap between sleeping and actually recovering. The Sleep Code is what he found.
Inside you will get the morning light protocol that resets your circadian rhythm and solves the root cause of evening insomnia at zero cost. The bedroom temperature science most people get completely wrong. An honest evidence-based supplement guide for natural sleep remedies that clinical trials actually support. The breathwork and nervous system regulation sequence that moves you from wired and anxious to genuinely ready for sleep in under five minutes. And the complete picture of what caffeine, alcohol, and blue light are doing to your sleep architecture and exactly when each stops being a problem.
Then you get the fourteen-day sleep optimization protocol that sequences everything so you see measurable changes in sleep quality, morning energy, and afternoon focus within two weeks.
The best sleep of your life is not behind you. You just needed someone to explain the biology first.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
