Waking up drenched at 3 AM isn't a failure of willpower; it's five different conditions wearing the same
symptom, and trying to fix all of them the same way is why nothing has worked yet. Part of the Vitality Reset
series, this insightful book explores the mechanics of disrupted sleep after fifty, when hormonal shifts,
environmental heat loops, and metabolic timing collide to create a pattern that feels permanent but isn't.
When sleep stops being automatic, your bedroom transforms from a neutral space into an active system working
against you-the mattress stores and reflects your own heat, blankets trap it in, and protein-light dinners trigger
3 AM cortisol spikes your body reads as emergencies. Sleep After 50 is not a supplement protocol, a meditation
script, or a hormone replacement guide. Instead, it maps the specific trigger pathways behind your night sweats
and 2 AM wide-awake episodes, showing you which variables you've been ignoring and which ones never
mattered.
Through real scenarios and thermal mechanics, you will identify your actual sleep disruptors:
- The Five-Sweat Split: Why hormonal, blood sugar, stress, radiant heat, and circadian night sweats require
completely different fixes, and treating them all as "menopause" leaves four untouched.
Inside, you'll find the diagnostic flowchart to identify which of the five sweat patterns is yours, the specific
cooling and fabric swaps that break the heat reflection loop, and the protein timing protocol that stops the 3 AM
cortisol crash before it starts. Start reading *Sleep After 50* today and reclaim the automatic, uninterrupted
sleep you thought was gone for good.
