Praise for Simply Vegan Baking.
“I don’t think I’ve ever come across a better vegan baking book in my life! There’s no sun blessed blanched goji-berry seed sprouting powder juice needed to be plucked from the mountains of the Himalayas which would be impossible to find in the supermarket. They’re all easily sourced and fairly run of the mill standard store cupboard ingredients that don’t cost the earth.”– Nicola, Netgalley 5* review
“I would recommend this recipe book to everyone.”―Gemma, Netgalley 5* review
“A resounding 5 stars.” – Ann, Netgalley 5* review
“This is a fantastic book for experienced bakers (vegan or not) and beginners. Highly recommended.”―Tara, Netgalley 5* review
“A gorgeous, colourful book that will bring joy to my baking!”―Sara, Netgalley 5* review
“I have learnt so much about vegan baking.” – Caroline, Netgalley 5* review
