Item description from seller
Language: English. About The Book: Simplified Scientific Astrology by Max Heindel is a comprehensive guide aimed at demystifying horoscope construction and astrological interpretation for both novices and seasoned practitioners. This textbook provides a step-by-step approach to calculating natal charts and interpreting planetary positions, backed by extensive tables of planetary hours and a philosophical encyclopedia. Heindel blends astrological principles with esoteric philosophy, seeking to give readers a clear, methodical understanding of astrology as a science. Designed to be accessible, the book serves as both a practical manual and a philosophical exploration of astrology’s role in personal development and spiritual insight. About The Author: Max Heindel (1865–1919) was a Danish-American Christian occultist, astrologer, and mystic. Born into a noble family, he became an engineer before moving to Los Angeles, where he studied astrology and Theosophy. Heindel believed astrology revealed the mysteries of human nature and started lecturing on occult topics. He claimed to receive spiritual guidance from a Rosicrucian Elder Brother, dedicating his work to the teachings of the Western Wisdom Tradition. Heindel’s writings, particularly on astrology and the Rosicrucian path, continue to influence esoteric thought.
