Hardback, 7.75 x 5 inches. In blue cloth with gilt panelled lettering and colour pictorial designs to front and spine. In very good condition. Some slight fading to spine, some minor rubbing to spine ends and corners, corners slightly bumped. Some darkening and marks to endpapers; Inscriptions and prize label to front ?St. John & Red Cross Military Hospital Aldershot? stamp to endpaper and halftitle. Pages tanned with some foxing spots around page edges, some minor handling marks. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 259pp. Illustrated with full-page B&W plates.
