With mysterious symptoms and unable to get clear answers, Jennifer becomes trapped in a maze of misdiagnoses by doctors who tell her it's "all in your head." As her health further deteriorates and she desperately fights to reclaim her life not just for herself, but for her worried family, she dives headfirst into the world of alternative treatments.
In a raw, personal account, Jennifer unpacks the realities of chronic Lyme, mold exposure, heavy metal toxicity, long COVID, and their debilitating co-infections. She opens up about how these "silent killers" permeated every aspect of her life and discusses the many barriers-physical, mental, emotional, financial-she faced on the path to wellness.
Backed by commentary from renowned integrative health expert Brian Clement, PhD, LN, and insights from Jennifer's own healthcare team, Silent Killers shines light on these complex illnesses and provides readers with tools and resources for their own healing journeys.
Compassionate and uplifting, Jennifer's story serves as a guide to empower anyone struggling toward recovery. With hope, optimism and an unbreakable spirit as her driving force, she serves as a testament for those questioning whether return to health possible after lives have been ravaged by diseases often trivialized or ignored altogether.
