Clean, tight, square and bright first edition bound in red cloth with gilt title on spine, with fold-out map and three fold-out family trees. Soiled on top page edges and rubbed at forecorners, head and foot of spine. Interior is unmarked and fine. Dust jacket is price-clipped, protected in removable mylar, with tears to folds at bottom edge and 1/2" missing paper at head of spine.
